Amisha Patel, who came to limelight with Hrithik Roshan’s debut movie Kaho Na Pyaar Hai, is now all set to enter Kannada films. Yes! The Bollywood babe will star in Hat-trick hero Shivaraj Kumar’s 100th movie Jogayya. The film is a sequel of superhit Kannada film Jogi and it will be directed Prem.
Ever since Jogayya has been announced, the speculations about its heroine are making rounds. It was reported earlier that director Prem was in talks with Bollywood actresses Priyanka Chopra and Vidya Balan for the heroine role. But now the selection of Amisha Patel for the lead lady role has put an end to all the rumours.
Earlier, it was said that Jogayya would go to sets on Shivanna’s birthday in June. But the latest reports say that it will hit the floors on February 19, which is the wedding anniversary of Shivanna. Moreover, his debut movie Anand, which was a big hit movie, was released on the same date.
